What makes JoJo’s character design so good?

I’m an artist and I love the designs of JoJo, but I can’t exactly articulate WHY I love them. Even not including the anime or manga colors, the designs look spectacular. Yet I can’t really say why they’re spectacular or how to emulate Araki’s designs without it looking like Boruto Two Blue Vortex OC’s.
