I am getting rejected because of visa situation and now I am confused!

So I am on graduate visa right now with 18 months left roughly I was unable to find an entry level role like graduate roles or internships last September after which I worked on strengthening my cv my work experience to have a better chance this September.

Now this is where it gets sticky I did get a very good job offer the only reason they said no was the visa situation since I will need to be sponsored later.

Now I am confused whether I should cut my losses save time here and move home to get a job in my sector there. Or stay here and pursue internships maybe since I am pretty sure all full-time permanent roles will come back with the same response.
