Chase to Club Lloyds switch error?

Keep trying to do the Club Lloyds £200 switch bonus offer from my burner chase account however I keep getting this error message:

“Sorry, we can't switch this account. The personal details of your old account don't match what you've told us.“

All my details are correct so I’m wondering what the issue is here? Has anyone else experienced this error?
