WIBTAH if I told my sis not to buy me anything?

My 40th birthday is in a few weeks. My older sis (42f) wants to buy me several gifts to represent the different “eras” of my life.

I don’t want her to forget the following reasons:

1. she doesn’t know me very well and doesn’t know what to get—keeps asking my younger sis (36f) for ideas and she knows I don’t want anything.
2. she’s not good at buying gifts—I’ve never gotten something from her I like
3. she has ignored most previous birthdays while I have not
4. I am actively decluttering/getting rid of stuff
5. I don’t like getting presents in general—I find it awkward and it is hard to display the right emotion
6. I don’t like birthdays for the same reason above

My younger sis is trying to tell her to just go to a bakery and get me cookies. I think older sis already has one gift for me. Younger sis also has told me not to say anything to older sis.

Would I be TAH if I told her in no uncertain terms not to get me anything?
