Could my ex & I be channeling each other?

My ex and I ended things about a year and a half ago. I was doing fine not missing her or thinking about her but then I saw her a couple weeks ago & I have been thinking about her constantly and have been dreaming with her almost every night for the past two weeks. It feels so strong, almost like I can even feel her if that makes sense. Could we be channeling each other? I feel it so strong that I feel like she must be feeling it too. Or am I just delusional? Lol
