Hello Frontier and the Community!
I wanted to share a few species that I think would really benefit from receiving **new variants or updated models**. Some of these are species I’ve brought up before, while others are new additions to my list. I’m not suggesting that the existing designs necessarily be removed, these could work perfectly as alternate variants for players who prefer a different look.

Here are my picks:

**Acrocanthosaurus:**
I’d love to see a variant that is more clearly recognizable as *Acrocanthosaurus*. The current vanilla design has always looked a little too tyrannosaurid-like to me, particularly around the head and overall proportions. Something closer to the examples I’ve included above would give us a much more distinctive Acro while still fitting the Jurassic aesthetic.

**Tarbosaurus:**
As one of the newer additions to JWE3, I think *Tarbosaurus* would be a great candidate for a more naturalistic alternate variant. I’m personally not a fan of the current canon design, particularly the exaggerated ornamentation and spikes. Tarbosaurus is already an intimidating animal based purely on its anatomy, so I’d love a variant that embraces that rather than adding additional features to make it appear more threatening.

**Liopleurodon:**
This is probably one of the species most in need of a facelift. The existing design feels much more crocodilian than I would expect from *Liopleurodon*. A remodel with a more convincing pliosaur skull, body profile, and proportions could make this animal look fantastic while retaining the Jurassic franchise style.

**Giganotosaurus – Frontier Design:**
I’d also love to see Frontier revisit its original *Giganotosaurus*. The current model has some awkward facial proportions that make it look a little goofy from certain angles. Giving it a stronger, more intimidating head and refining its proportions could really bring out that classic Jurassic Park feel. The Nanmu interpretation I included is a good example of the general direction I mean, it manages to feel distinctly Jurassic while still reading immediately as a Giganotosaurus.

**Dilophosaurus:**
An **adult Dilophosaurus variant** would be an amazing addition. The franchise’s familiar Dilophosaurus can remain exactly as it is, but having a larger adult interpretation inspired by the novels and the real animal would give us something completely different. It could essentially represent what the Jurassic Park Dilophosaurus might look like once fully grown.

**Camarasaurus:**
Finally, I think *Camarasaurus* deserves some attention. Its older model is beginning to show its age, especially around the head and facial proportions. A refreshed variant with a more natural looking skull, neck, and body while retaining the personality of the original would be a welcome update.

Overall, I’d love to see Frontier continue using the **variant system as an opportunity to revisit older or controversial designs without replacing them outright**. It gives players more choice while allowing these animals to receive modern interpretations that better reflect either their real anatomy, their novel appearances, or the classic Jurassic Park aesthetic.
I’d be interested to hear what other species the community thinks deserve the same treatment!
