Older Sole F63 - good buy?

Looking at an approximately 7ish year old Sole F63. According to the seller (or the person listing it), it’s owned by an older couple who used it a handful of times and it’s just been sitting in their living room. From the photos, the light use appears to fit.

They’re asking $300 OBO. Is this a good buy? Looking for something primarily for incline walking, first treadmill purchase and I’m on a budget, but don’t want to buy a pile of junk that’s going to quit on me in two months.
