Dropped my external HD while drunk. Windows recognizes it but can't read it, just clicks a couple times then stops. Is it fucked? Can OpenSuperClone save it?

Got a WD easyStore external HD that I dropped. Windows recognizes it but can't read it. The drive itself runs; you can hear the drive seeker arm click a few times then everything just stops altogether. Does it sound like this drive can be manually repaired? If not I have a backup drive from a year ago that I actually used an OpenSuperClone distro to transfer off of to the broken drive but I'd prefer not to have to do that. Thanks.
