Looking for a project Home

Hi everyone 🫡I’m looking for a couple project homes in the SFV. Mainly places that have been vacant for a while or look like they need major renovation. I’m trying to find legit opportunities to fix up a property or connect with owners who might be open to selling. If you know any neighborhoods where homes tend to sit empty, I’d appreciate the info.🙏
