Anyway to export .json or .csv file from Mobile app without MasterPassword?

To make the long story short, I've forgotten my master password. I still am able to access the mobile app via my biometrics and/or my pin. Unfortunately the hint I left for myself for the Master is somewhat useless now.

Anyway to more easily export my data to a csv or json to create a new vault? Or am I "screwed" and left to manually transfer everything?
