How do I pass the Hirevue and Online Assessment ?

I have a super high gpa and excelled in school with dean'st list at a target school and obtained a CFA Level 1 but I failed both my junior year recruiting and senior year (now) recruiting because I either failed online assessments like SHL or Aon or Pymetrics and Hirevue. Now I failed in every single recruiting and I will not get any jobs. I didn't even get past the resume + online assessment stage. The biggest obstacle is hirevue. Like how do I really do this ? How do you guys not froze when you see yourself in the camera. How do you guys pass the Hirevue? How do you guys pass the online assessments? I think I will have to prepare so that I have a chance in MBA recruiting already.
