700,000 claim

There's a thing going around social media that says the following:

"The reason the world is upset with Israel is because of the 700,000+ innocent Palestinians they've murdered. It's not because they're Jewish. Hope that helps."

What's happening here? Did someone insert an extra 0 to the total Gaza war dead and nobody cares what's true? Or is it a conflation of the idea that 700,000 Palestinians were displaced in the 1948 war with deaths?

Either way, it's quite remarkable people spread around this misinformation without scrutiny. The claim seems to come from an Instagram account called @MHTTruthUltra. Who is that? I see the claim is also in Portuguese.
