Can we get an Masters in Management at Ross as a enrolled PhD student in Rachkam ?

Might sound super stupid?
I am a PhD student at Rackam, I was just curious what are the requirements for one to get a PhD can I get a Masters in Management?
I do have to do a cognate course either ways, if I do few more will I potentially get a degree out of it?
