How to get a job as a fresh graduate?

As the title says , I've just graduated recently with a chemical engineering degree from Morocco, and it seems that all positions require you to have +5 years experience.

So how the hell are we supposed to get this experience? Is there any country I can try with ? What companies or type of companies should I target? knowing that I did a 4 month internship in radiopharmaceuticals formulation-R&D and another 2 months in a R&D lab related to phosphate processing
