Nioh 2 1 fps

I'm getting 1 fps when I'm tabbed into the game, but as soon as I tab out to something else, I start getting good frames again. I've tried switching from fullscreen to borderless and disabling all my overlays, as I saw on some other reddit posts, but nothing seems to fix it. As soon as I tab out of the game onto my other monitor though it runs perfectly.
