AITA for recommending a client come back once she's healed?

So I'm a body piercer and a client came in who lives with fibromyalgia that flares up at random but she said flares up after tattoos as well.

She then came to pay for her tattoo and was like "oh would I be able to get a piercing?" And I said "yea just I would recommend healing up first then coming back due to your fibro..." And she cut me off with a jokey fuck off and chuckled. Stood there tossing up the idea or not before deciding no because she didn't like the starter jewellery options.

I'm worried I accidentally caused offence or tried to tell her what to do with her body. I was only recommending coming back as I didn't want her to have issues with her piercing due to a flare as it's all connected via immune systems etc. but can also appreciate how it came across from her pov but basically I'm just anxious over this.
