hibiki 2.8.0 is out with a major rework of sources, AniList integration, playback improvements, and several changes across the app.

# 🔌 Aniyomi extensions

\- Aniyomi APK extensions are now the only supported source format in hibiki.

\- Extensions can be installed, updated, and configured directly in the app, with support for source filters, sorting, and more.

\- Extensions installed outside hibiki are detected as well. If you still have titles saved from the old JS sources, there's also a migration option to move them to their extension counterparts.

# 🔄 AniList integration

\- AniList sync has been added. You can sign in through OAuth or simply by username, import your AniList library into hibiki, and sync changes back with a confirmation preview before anything is sent.

\- Episode progress is supported, along with sync on launch, manual sync from Home, pending-change indicators, and an option to skip 18+ titles.

# ▶️ Playback

\- Subtitle handling has been improved with track selection, automatic format detection for remote subtitles, and remembering the selected track across toggles and episodes.

\- Extension hosters can now be selected directly as players. DASH streams and skip timestamps provided by sources are also supported.

# 🏠 Home, search & title pages

\- Continue Watching and Recently Watched are now combined into a single row using last-frame cards.

\- Source filters and sorting are available directly in Home and Search, with redesigned controls that fit the rest of the app better.

\- The episode list has also been moved directly onto the title page, and extensions can now provide additional information such as studio, producers, score, and age rating.

# 🛠️ Fixes

This update also fixes duplicate titles in Saved, Downloads and Continue Watching, the false "no internet" message after unlocking the phone, keyboard behavior in Search, a release-build startup crash, and incorrect upcoming episode numbers.
