Did the Education Minor requirements change this year?

Title.

I was on track to graduate with an education minor this year, and now I’m not. I took the course EM203 over the summer as one of my electives for the minor, and it’s no longer listed as an option.

I think they decided EM203 was outdated, and it got replaced with EM204 and EM205.

Does anyone know where this change was announced, if anywhere? I announced my education minor in March and I never saw any emails about a change to the course requirements.
