Can one switch from MEng to BEng (for engineering) mid-way and vice versa?

I'm an international student and am not in any university yet, but if I get accepted by, let's say University of Manchester, for MEng EEE and I decide by year 2 or 3 I want to switch to BEng version of the same degree, is it possible to do so? And does that apply to most universities or just specific ones?
