Problem with consistent latency

So recently I realized when I load up rocket league my sens feels kinda stiff and the other day it’s like I’m playin on 2.0 and feels really responsive. I always use steam input and I use a wolverine v3 wired at 0 dead zone standard dead zone shape and 8k polling. Any help would be greatly appreciated
