Trying to find a specific organizer.

Hello!

I've been looking for weeks without any luck to find an organizer for my file cabinet. What I'm looking for is a tray with compartments in it that I can ideally hang on the lips of my file cabinet like with hanging file folders. I would want it to be fairly shallow so I can put things under it, but that's not a dealbreaker. Is this a thing that exists and if so, what would I search to find them?

Thanks!
