What belongs in a landlord permission request for an under-sink appliance?

I'm renting, and I won't order an under-sink RO system until the landlord or property manager approves the work in writing. The Viomi Pure B6W is one model I'm considering because I don't have room for a separate pressure tank.

My draft request includes the manual, where the unit and faucet would go, whether an existing sink opening can be reused, and every water, drain, and power connection. I'd also name the installer and ask what insurance or license proof the landlord wants.

The part I'm least sure about is move-out. Should the approval say whether the system stays, the original fixture goes back, or any opening must be repaired to a stated standard? I can attach photos of the current cabinet to the request, then take another set after the work if it is approved. I still want responsibility for leaks and restoration written down.
