[Offer] Halloween Cards [VERY LIMITED WW, mostly US]

Happy almost Halloween! There's only a month (and a few days) until Halloween and I have some cards to share!

I have 25 cards to offer and I only have 7 cards I can send worldwide (just based off the stamps I want to use). Therefore, there are 18 available to the US. First form entries/comments, first card.

If you are NOT in the US, you must be 100+ flaired (meaning you have a solid envelope next to your name) and posted a thank you within the month of Sept.

If you are in the US, you just must be flaired (any envelope) and must have posted a thank you within the month of Sept.

Comment your favorite thing about Halloween and then fill out the form. You must be requesting for yourself unless you have prior approval from me. No requesting additional stamps or stamp math. I actually have some stamps already allocated for this offer. I have the right of deleting your form entry if you do not follow the rules above.
