Switching to strategy consulting with a salary cut

Hello everyone,
I work at a major commercial bank, the pay is very good and they have the best health insurance out there and life work balance is at point. Yet with all of that I do not feel fulfilled.
I recently got an offer in a big 4 firm as a senior strategy consultant but i have to take a pay cut (around 17% and worse health insurance)
I am more inclined to what consulting provides (learning, growth, project based assignments) and i am well aware of the high pace that it will also bring with it.
But I wanted to get your feedback what do you think would have the highest ROI for someone who wants international mobility eventually and which career would be most profitable in the long run.
Is the salary cut and switch worth it or should i accept the redundant operational work at the bank and lack of stimulation.
Would be happy to get your take…
