Viking Romance where FMC is kidnapped by vikings. One of them falls in love and has to protect her from his people or hers

I'm hoping to find a book where the FMC is kidnapped by vikings. One of them (preferably hot with long blond hair) falls in love with her, becomes totally smiten, and has to protect her from either his people or hers.

I think the closest books I've read are Road of Bones (if we could just have a hot blond guy that isnt a piece of shit, that would be great) and maybe Outlander (hot red heads and scottish highland vibes also acceptible). I'm trying to escape shadow daddies and bratty FMCs if possible (starting to feel like Im reading the same story in a different setting over and over). Prefer level 3 spice or above.
