Do any of y'all have an instant asthma attack when you smoke weed? Hitting a cart is even worse for me...

Every time I smoke weed or hit a cart I have a pretty nasty asthma attack. It's 10x worse with a cart, even if I hit my inhaler immediately before the cart. Smoking sucks sure, but the cart makes it so I can't speak for a solid 15-20 minutes, and I'm choking too bad to hit my inhaler properly. But after 2 doses of albuterol and some time, I'm perfectly fine.

Does anyone else have this reaction? When I was younger weed made me debilitatingly nauseous, so much that even the smell had me queasy. I gave it another try about a month ago, and I had no nausea. But I wonder if I'm still allergic, since it makes my asthma so bad? The internet also suggests that my cart might have some additives that I'm reacting to, and the smoking isn't as bad bc it's just a standard reaction to smoke inhalation.

Idk. I also read that any random batch might have developed mold at some point in the process- which is obviously a huge trigger for MCAS.

Anyways, it chills me out and masks my pain, so I'm not interested in giving it up if I don't have to.

Just wondering if others might have had a similar experience.
