Difficultly connecting Portal on Hotspot, potentially new router?

Hi all,

Looking for advice. I recently moved and started services with Spectrum and have a new router. Everything is running smoothly at home, including my Portal. My PS5 is hardwired to the new router via LAN.

Now I am attempting to connect my portal through my iPhone’s hotspot, which previously worked on my old router, but now I cannot get it connect. I tried creating a port forward on the router for my PS5, but that does not work. I’ve also tried manually inputting the hotspot on my Portal and that doesn’t work either.
