What should I expect as an Ashok Leyland service centre manager?

What should I expect as manager of Ashok Leyland service center where I would have to manage and monitor the service centre.

I come from BTech cse in final year and getting this opportunity as my close friend asked/requested me for it when we talked he asked what I expect.

Since I have worked (graphic designer and video editor) in tier 2 city (if non metro city), I said I have no idea about commercial vehicle industry
