Honestly, I need help. I would really appreciate if you guys could go over my routine and give me some tips and advice, cause I´m really at the point of giving up on my skin >:(

  
I have oily, acne-prone and clogg-prone skin and I´m 30 (if that´s relevant).

  
AM:

* just clean water
* COSRX 6 Peptide Skin Booster Serum or skin1004 blue/yellow ampoule (I use these like a toner)
* Farmstay Collagen & Hyaluronic Acid All-In-One Ampoule
* Purito Oat-in gel or Panthenol cream (based on what my skin feels like)
* skin1004 Hyalu-Cica Water-Fit Sun Serum

PM:

* Anue Heartleaf pore control cleansing oil (If I wore SPF that day)
* LRP Effaclar cleansing gel (I ran out so I´m switching to LRP Toleriane cleansing gel)
* COSRX COSRX 6 Peptide Skin Booster Serum or skin1004 ampoule 
* Farmstay Collagen & Hyaluronic Acid All-In-One Ampoule
* Purito Oat-in gel or Panthenol cream

Twice a week I use tret (wednesday and sunday), right now I have micro-sphered one, 0,04%.  
In that case do:

* Anue Heartleaf pore control cleansing oil (If I wore SPF that day)
* LRP Effaclar cleansing gel (I ran out so I´m switching to LRP Toleriane cleansing gel)
* COSRX 6 Peptide Skin Booster Serum or skin1004 blue/yellow ampoule
* wait 20-30 mins
* Tret
* wait 20-30 mins
* Farmstay Collagen & Hyaluronic Acid All-In-One Ampoule
* Purito Oat-in gel or Panthenol cream

  
Tret history:  
Last november I got prescribed tret, I used it daily for 3 months, because my whole face got really bad after I wasn´t properly cleansing my face on vacation for 14 days (I know, I´m smart..). After I used up my tret, I stopped for couple of months because my face was really dry from using it daily. After that I started to use it again.

I´m really looking for any advice with my skincare and what to change in my skincare routine, how to care for my skin better. IRL it looks much worse than in these photos tbh. Do you think I should stop tret completely? I can´t really tell if my skin barrier is broken, i feel no burning, no stinging, it is peeling a little bit, and sometimes it feels tight, but not like all the time.
