Can Island Unique Coats spawn in the Rescue Island pasture?

I wasn’t sure about this, since IUH’s can spawn in from any Island, same thing with special coats. But I wasn’t sure if Island Unique Coats like the Blizzard Island Black Leopard Appaloosa could spawn in there or not.
