Studying for MCAT day to day
hello! I have made it about 4 days into “studying“ for the MCAT and I have no fucking clue what the fuck I’m doing.
ill sit down and read a chapter and that takes me 3.5 hours. then i try to do that chapters Anki card section which takes about an hour. but sometimes reading a chapter takes longer because i have to search up videos.
right now im in the review phase. but it makes no sense to me to review all of that and then 3 months later start doing practice problems.
i want to spend a day reviewing and then the day after do practice problems, but that would take FORWVER to get through all 12 books.
gor context im taking the MCAT during gap years that i need to start building my resume for Medical school because i switched back to premed end of senior year and i had summer classes.
i see people that study 3-4 hours a day, and honestly same because i have to work and shit- but that doesn’t feel like enough. I feel like I’m not doing enough to prepare for the MCAT. WHAT DO I FO?!
when people review content for 3.5 months are they really just reading chapters and Anki cards?! and then 3 months after of practice problems?! is that really how it works?!!
