Looking for a leatherworker/storefront in NYC — internally spiked thigh cuff

I'm trying to track down a leatherworker or shop in NYC that makes (or could custom-make) an internally spiked thigh cuff. Doesn't need to be anything mass-produced or SM-specific in branding, just well-constructed leather with internal spikes/studs.
