Sony / Thypoch 24-50 F2.8 Users -- Your experience as an EDC?

Recently moved over to Sony from Fuji, and so far have the Sigma 35mm F2 and Sony 40mm f2.5 which I absolutely love.

But I'm getting a bit more into hybrid video/photo work and my main use case these days is documenting my family, life, etc. and I am super interested in these two lenses given the super functional focal length they cover, fast aperture, and still maintaining a reasonable size and weight.

But I'd love to hear your experiences on these as everyday carry lenses. How do you find the size and weight? Is there anything else you'd share?
