confession and ocd

i noticed that I've been going to confession more frequently that I usually do because I get scared of staying in a state of sin. these past few weeks I confessed myself more than I did in the past six months. I'm scared it might get worse and that I'm always gonna feel the need to confess myself many times not to live in fear.
