Is this app with the photos still hell?

I’ve been paying for Daylio for years, but I can’t take it anymore.

It requires me to do absurd and repetitive work every time I maybe forget to add notes for a week. I have to find out photo by photo which day it belongs, it is impossible to order them well. I even tried to put the highlights in favorites to help me, and when I create a new entry again, it goes back to default, and I have to press 10 times on the same place or slide dozens of times the same photos to fill in another entry.

Of all the apps I’ve used in my life, it’s the most overwhelming and stressful just because of the subject of photos and how to add them.

I keep using it because it’s very good at everything else. But really, seeing that absolutely every AppStore newspaper app has a system to add photos well, and this is the only one that wants to make life impossible for the user... I really consider stopping the subscription, asking for all my data and I’ll see how to add it with a script to another app or whatever. Or I’ll create my own script to make the move

I’m going to give the app a month. If in a month they have not implemented a system like any other daily app, then I cancel.

I could think that it is difficult, or it is impossible, but seeing that all apps have a system except Daylio, I realize that maybe I am the only one who uses this app to upload photos, and the rest of the users only upload notes or track activities, I don’t know. Or do they just put a face every day and then add daily photos and so on to another app?

If you use another app for the photos, tell me and I’ll do that. I will cancel the subscription and only use Daylio for the faces.
