What changed when I stopped needing every day to feel productive

Personal Experience

I used to measure days by how much I got done.
If the list wasn’t completed, the day felt like a failure.

At some point I realized that standard was making me restless even on good days.
Now I try to ask a different question at the end of the day:
“Did I move with some intention, or did I mostly react?”

Some days the answer is still messy.
But the pressure to constantly prove the day was “worth it” has eased a lot.
