Why does the New Legend Continuation Mod add this bouncing green beam?

I played a world with multiple mods on and this green beam bouncing like the DVD logo appeared just after entering the world. I did some testing and it turned out to be the New Legend Mod Continuation causing this. How can I get rid of the beam without getting rid of the mod?
