Help with Marriage - Natural Planning

Hello,

My wife (F 34) and I (M 35) are following this method. We have a 2 year old and a 7 month old, so life is very busy right now. We are both practicing Catholics.

To be honest, I feel like my wife isn't very interested in physical intimacy, and it’s been this way for a while.

I’m looking for some advice. Sometimes she forgets to log the daily observation, which means we have to treat that day as fertile and start the wait all over again.

Our marriage isn't in a great place right now, and I think a big part of what’s missing is that closeness and intimacy.

She’s a stay-at-home mom, and I mostly work from home. I try to help with the kids as much as I can, but she’s still exhausted.

Is there any advice you can offer? How can I help her remember to chart without coming across as pushy?
