Please help me upgrade my pc

Right now, my PC specs are: Gigabyte B450, RX 580, AMD Ryzen 5 3500X, DDR4 2666MHz, and an Aerocool 700W PSU. I want to upgrade it on a tight budget, but I’d like to be able to run new releases at 60 FPS on medium-to-high settings if possible. I’m a total novice when it comes to computers, and AI keeps giving me nonsense answers, so I’d really appreciate some help with this. My budget around 600$
