Need help to find an anime

I’m trying to find an anime I saw in a TikTok, but I can’t find the video again.
The scene happens at a school. There’s a blonde girl (I’m pretty sure she has blonde hair) who notices a boy that everyone at school seems to avoid/ignore. She feels bad about how he’s being treated and is kind to him, possibly giving him a tissue/wipe.
After that encounter, the boy starts following her from a distance for days.
Eventually, she confronts him when he’s on the other side of a railing/fence at the top of a building. She carefully goes over the railing and slowly approaches him because there isn’t much space to grab him.
The boy then grabs her and deliberately jumps off the building with her, basically forcing her to fall with him. I remember seeing tears in his eyes while he does it.
I also vaguely remember hearing that the girl gets revived or the timeline resets afterward, and I think the anime might involve a game/death-game/battle system where people can come back, but I’m not 100% sure about that part.
The anime looked relatively modern, definitely not 2000s-looking.
I know some details may be slightly wrong (especially hair colour), but the rooftop/railing scene is the part I remember clearly.
Does anyone recognise this?
