Advice is needed

Hi,
I'm working for the most toxic company ever. Planning to move out soon. In the meantime, I'm subject to undermining, harassment, micromanagement, and jealousy. i.e: toxic manager asked me to say "hi" on a group to confirm my presence and asked everyone else. Almost no one acknowledged and he's cornering me.
Proceeds to harass through call, doesn't respect your privacy, trashes your name, manipulates your score, etc.
Now, they’ve resorted to retaliation and demoted without any apparent reason…
Any advice or tips to survive would be more than welcome.
