trans men 30+ : how do you make friends??

how are you guys doing in terms of friendships? i'd love to meet other trans guys in person, and i have found it extremely difficult in my adult life; also - if you are a cis-assumed trans man, how have you navigated meeting/connecting with other trans guys? how do we find each other? how do we initiate friendships?
