Reducing demands is the hardest thing I've ever done
I just don't know how to do it. At 30, newly diagnosed in the US, it just feels like every demand on me must be met, or things will start breaking down. I have to go to work, I have to buy and cook food to eat, and I have to take care of my house. I don't even have children to take care of, so I'm worried I just won't ever have the capability to raise children like I want to.
How on earth do I find demands to cut when it feels like I've already cut to the bone?
