my friend is in the uae and doesnt have access to abortion, what to do?

hi so i posted this yesterday but i added more details after checking in w my friend, the thread got locked (idrk why, im assuming its because i didnt mention location? but im just gonna repost it with the edits i made :) )

im writing this on behalf of my friend, shes really paranoid because of the laws and regulations in the country she lives, but basically abortion is hardly accessable (because shes underage and unmarried with super strict parents, you have to put in some weird request with the government or something to get an abortion and she can't do that without her parents finding out). the condom broke when her and her boyfriend were having sex and she's late for her period and now she's super paranoid about being pregnant and is scared that it'll ruin her life. any advice would be helpful on what to do on the instance she is pregnant, she will genuinely do anything to prevent it/terminate or whatever idk

ok edit here: she's 17 and in the uae which makes things complicated, she originally didnt want me to mention what country she was from but i convinced her otherwise.
idrk if people need to know this information, but her last actual period was around the end of last month (lets say the last couple days) then she experienced either a short period of like 3 ish days or spotting (from plan b she had taken because her and her boyfriend tend to just use that as a last resort when they dont use condoms, but imo i dont think its right to take it as regularly as she does (at least 1-3 times a month maybe???) like 11 days later (so around the 10th), she doesnt know when to consider a missed period so doesnt know when to take a pregnancy test and ive not been in this situation so im not really sure what to tell her😭
