Feeling a little lost

I’m newly out, and live in a very rural community in TN. I’m
married but me and my husband are essentially separated but still living together to co-parent our son under one roof.
Ultimately the goal is to get divorced or legally separated, and move somewhere that has a more supportive community, but in the meantime I’m doing some career development and I’ll be here until next year. My husband and I are essentially roommates trying to date, but we’re not having much success because of our odd situation. Does anyone have any advice having gone through something similar?
