How come when you ask ppl why they don't work/won't get a job, their main answer is they wanna be their own boss and don't wanna work for nobody?
I been hearing ppl say this shit for ages. Ppl will get a job and quit it after a week or so saying they can't do it they don't want nobody to tell them what to do. They love to say they can be their own boss and have ppl work for them instead of working for the white man and give money to them etc. And I understand it but this be the ppl that have no ambition and actually need a damn job. They will never be a boss, and still end up taking orders from they big homie or whoever they selling drugs for. They don't see it like that
You have to be a worker in order to become a boss. It won't happen overnight. But u can't tell these ppl anything they have to learn on their own. And it's alot of ppl my age(44) and older who STILL have this mentality and in the same place they were at 18. This mentality is hurting the hood bad
