ASUS TUF A16 keeps getting random BSODs even after warranty repair

:hardware: Need Help! (Hardware/Other)

Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone here can help me with my ASUS TUF Gaming A16 (FA607NUG).

I’ve been getting random BSODs and restarts. I already sent the laptop for warranty service and they tested it, including the memory, but they said everything passed. They also tested a game for around an hour without any problem.

Unfortunately, after I got the laptop back, the BSODs started happening again.

I ran Windows Memory Diagnostic and it detected hardware errors. I’ve also had different BSOD codes like PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, and SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION.

The crashes are very random. It has happened while gaming, while the laptop was just locked/idle, and recently it BSODed during startup before I even reached the Windows lock screen.

The laptop has 32GB RAM (2x16GB). One RAM stick came with the laptop and the other was installed by the store when I bought it.

I’m planning to send it back for warranty again, but I’m worried they will test it and say everything is fine again since the problem is intermittent.

Has anyone experienced something similar with an ASUS TUF A16? Could this be a RAM stick, RAM slot, motherboard, or driver issue? What should I specifically ask the service center to test?

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
