Tips for Speedrunner & Speed Completion? Currently in Act 3

Hey guys, I need some advice on getting Speedrunner (beat the game in under 5 hours) and Speed Completion (reach 100% completion in under 20 hours).

I'm currently on my first playthrough in Act 3 and enjoying the game, but I want to map out my plan for these two speed trophies.
