What happens if my income goes over the subsidy cliff in the last 3 months?

This is for PA.

I have been on an an ACA plan since January, and I'm getting $1100 per month subsidy. I just found out that I'm getting a bonus this year which will push my total year income over the subsidy cliff, and this will happen either in October or November.

Does anyone know what happens once I update my income to be over the subsidy cliff? Do the last 2/3 months get no subsidies only?
