Concrete flooring

I would like to add concrete flooring to one apartment in a side by side duplex. Is this a cost efficient way to go for a rental? It is currently a concrete slab on grade with a sleeper system. We have taken off much of the old flooring which was subfloor, hardwood, and lvp on top. It was badly damaged and mostly unsalvageable.
